By accessing our website or engaging Elite Mantra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Elite Mantra”, “we”, “us”) for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Elite Mantra provides digital services including web design and development, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, ERP software, SEO and digital marketing, video production, social media management, software consultancy, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity audits, and AI automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between Elite Mantra and the client.
Clients engaging Elite Mantra agree to:
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Elite Mantra retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property used in delivering services. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement has been signed.
All projects are subject to a milestone-based payment schedule as defined in the project agreement. Elite Mantra reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on a project in the event of overdue payments. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project. Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed, its terms shall govern.
Elite Mantra's total liability for any claim arising from a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Elite Mantra warrants that all services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that any digital product will be entirely free of defects or uninterrupted in operation. Any warranties beyond those implied by law must be agreed upon in writing as part of the project agreement.
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Elite Mantra will deliver all completed deliverables upon receipt of outstanding payment.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or any service engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
